Weight loss journey
We are all here on a journey of losing weight but a few of us get it right. It takes baby steps to reach your set goals. The biggest mistake you can make is putting pressure on yourself. If you want the desired results to please people or someone. You will end up nowhere. By all means, do everything for yourself, please you. When I started my weight loss journey I was more focused on pleasing and keeping my boyfriend. What an exhausting journey, I quit before I even got anywhere. Anyhow Imlost him anyway. I tapped out. -did exactly the opposite of the journey I was headed. When I started doing it for myself to please me-God knows I was the most fulfilled human being, I realized the importance of investing in myself...the pecks that would follow will totally be a bonus. But most importantly I started little by little- I needed to get it right this time because I was doing it for me. I started reading more, listening to people's stories, I was so motivated to see success in these stories. I knew from there I know better than before. A lot of books changed my perspective not only the weight loss books but the metal health books-see those ones really had me going. I practiced a lot of self-meditation too. Be bold and kind to yourself when you are on a journey, any kind of journey you are in, always be kind to yourself.
