So i was on a diet last month, i keep following my diet rule and schedule until i've loss 5 kilo in the last 2 weeks. Im just sharing this to encourage people who're on a diet and want to lose weight, just keep following your diet and keep yourself discipline to follow your diet rule to have a good result just like i did.
Great advice!! As for me, this is how I feel when I start taking my weight loss journey seriously..... .....while my kids watch and me on!! The struggle is REAL!!!
