Default New to Exercise - question about heartrate

I started exercising for the first time ever really. I am almost 30, female, 5 feet and 133 lbs, 29% bodyfat.

Today was my 4th day (2 days on, 1 day off, 2 days on). I follow a low-impact workout I found on youtube that is just under 30 minutes. Today I decided to do a very short run/jog afterwards. During the run my heartrate went up to 197.

From a quick google and no knowledge/experience otherwise I saw that my heart rate should not exceed 220-my age (191/190).

Did I push too far today? Should I try to keep my HR under 190?

Sidenote: The data on the phone app doesn't fully match my dashboard on the website - my phone said 220 calories burned, website says 225, app said HR peak was 197, website 195. - Is that normal?
