Do you have a specific time of day when you struggle?
I've been sticking to my diet fairly well, but I really struggle with intense cravings in the afternoon. Yesterday, I gave in and ate far more than I should have of calorie dense foods. Does anyone have any tips for dealing with daily cravings?
This is scaring me to my senses when it comes to my work... and my household budget. It's a good scare, and so very necessary. I have to move my to-do list to my Kodi
If you limit yourself, you only want to eat more junk food. Try to understand why you're eating it. Maybe it's a fight against stress, or you're in a bad mood. When I am sick, I eat more. That's OK. You don't need to be scared, just understand why you do this.
