i think we are all aware that depression is a bad thing.
i don't know what your depression tells you everything you need to know is losing weight takes time and that you don't give up take it from me I used to be 120kg people were making fun out of me. you can't take the opinion of such crazy people seriously. you can love yourself and also work to improve yourself.

That's right. People wil be people and just judge. It's simply our monkey brains that love to do that judge, criticize, pay attention to other people's problems instead og ours. Just keep your head high do your routine and don't worry too much about other people's opinions. Just do it!
