Laziness is a tough one to get over. I try to always have at least one lemon in the fridge. First thing when I get up I slice a lemon wheel to add to my glass of water. Sometimes I feel too lazy to reach into the bottom of the fridge, pull out the lemon, get the cutting board etc...But I force myself to do it (most of the time) and that starts my day in a healthier way. I plan to have at least 6 glasses of water throughout the day, so the lemon wheel stays in and I feel better and motivated to make healthier moves through the day. It's not easy though.

Best to you

I realized the joy they felt after they accomplished a milestone was far greater than any happiness I felt by doing nothing. When they rested they rested and when they partied they partied hard. It was amazing to see people living edge to edge on life and pushing themselves to their limits because snaptube vidmate they can.

The pandemic and working from home has made me become real lazy as well. I found that getting working out equipment to do before and or after work helps me out some. Now, I just have to keep at it, wishing you luck
