Broccoli is such a nutrient-packed veggie! I love it for its fiber, calcium, and potassium, and it’s a staple in my meals. My favorite way to prepare it is by roasting it with olive oil and garlic in my Hexclad pan. It gives the broccoli a perfect char while staying non-stick, seriously, I get why Hexclad reviews are always so positive. Adding a squeeze of lemon at the end makes the flavor pop.
