Hello everybody! I am also new, I am starting a new venture, hoping to get help and also to give help. I have been struggling with two evils... lose weight and stop smoking and it has been very difficult specially because of the lack of exercise due to the pandemic. Oh what a year! Hopefully 2021 will bring hope and a much better future! Good luck everybody, hope we all are going to meet our goals in the new year!
