I dont look like I have weight issues and people laugh when I say I do. My metabolism is so bad that I gain weight so very easily. Even if I just have 2 or 3 small meals a day, with no snacks. Over the years it has become worse. To avoid gaining weight I eat only once a day and drink liquids throughout the day like coffee or tea. And that one meal has to be a healthy one too. I cannot enjoy the foods everyone else enjoys, its so difficult to see others doing so. Its to the point i have to almost starve myself to stay in the weight range that seems fair. I'm not anorexic at all and am on the higher end of my BMI for my height and weight. SO def not anorexic and def not having any mental issues.
