Default Why am I putting this is my mouth?

We must understand that weight gain does not just start in us eating or overeating.

There are psychological factors that play into gaining excess weight.

We all have triggers and need to learn what causes them.

People have told me that being bored causes them to look for food.

I have had others tell me that when someone yells, or raises their voice toward them, they look for the chocolates or a bag of chips.

They are looking for comfort in the food, this masks an old memory or circumstance in their life.

The cause in this instant is walking around a deep-seated issue.

We all need to pay attention and ask ourselves, why am I eating this?

We need to justify for our own health, am I eating this because I am hungry or eating this for comfort only?

We are what we eat, and we should eat to live, not live to eat.

Wow I am talking to Me...LOL!

I have the same problem with being bored before you know it, your buy eating something that you should not eat, and that is not good at all.
What I try and do is just find stuff to do, its drives my family crazy but it work for me, I eat less junk.

I have such a problem that I want to eat only when I am at home. I think I eat because I'm bored. Now I spend a lot of time at home because I study a lot. Thanks to oxessays.com, I have some time to relax. When I go to a cafe or for a long walk, I may not eat at all. Can someone explain how it works?

If you do not like the taste of what you are putting in your mouth. Also, you could try new recipes which you can find it on Youtube.

This is a great point! When my wife died suddenly, it was an emotional trigger that made me gain weight. For the first year after she passed away, I was overwhelmed with grief and emotional challenges, so losing weight was the last thing on my mind. Now I am finally facing that issue, and I’m learning to recognize when I’m eating for comfort rather than hunger, just like you mentioned.
