Pringles, I don't think it is uncommon for weight loss to stall or even stop as you transition from phase 1 to phase 2. I know it did for me! I think the secret is to stick with it, put the scale away so you don't get discouraged, focus on all the healthy things you are doing for yourself. Oh, and check and double check what you are eating, if you are drinking enough water, and if if you getting some exercise! Give that a try for a week and see what happens.
