Default Weight Loss book reccomendations
Hey everyone,

I have loss 16 lbs over the last couple of months following the principles in a book I read on amazon. Do you all have any other recommendations for books on healthy lifestyles or breaking bad eating habits ? I am hooked !!!!

Meal prepping is very tedious. I prefer to do intermittent fasting
