When I first started, it WAS easy to get through several hours and not be hungry. I think our body is so surprised by the lack of blood sugar highs and lows, it's in shock

But trust me, after a few days and/or weeks, when the body begins to use the stored fat, you will definitely have some hunger.
My experience has been that I can get through the day with low calories, but by evening time, I'm VERY hungry. So beware! However, that is MY experience. Others may tell you something different.
