Unhappy Keep Me Accountable- HELP!

I have a bad habit of splurging way too soon and screwing up my weight loss. Started a new diet three days ago and already let myself have some "small" cheats. I have about 50 pounds to lose right now and I'm really depressed about this. I need help staying accountable and not messing up this time- staying on track until I meet my goal, and then keeping my eating in check for ongoing maintenance... Encouragement NOT to splurge as splurging gets me in trouble... Help with body sculpting via exercise too. I need to slim down and tighten up my legs and gain some muscle in my upper body. I am a 31 year old married female. I have two children which makes diet and exercise an extra challenge. They are two and five. Any natural help with varicose veins is a bonus too as better circulation will help reduce water retention. Thank you in advance for any advice and encouragement.

For your diet approach it with the same thinking you would have with exercise. Look for diets that suit your lifestyle not diets that are GUARANTEED to make you lose weight in a month. If it's a diet you don't like you will not finish that month of dieting. Incorporate your favorite foods into your diet (as long as it's deemed healthy of course). Try making your favorite foods from healthier ingredients. Take baby steps. You wont see results at first but you will again get into a habit of eating healthy.

Last tips: Get your sleep schedule fixed (if it's not) staying awake until 2 am in the morning will make you hungry, and crave a midnight snack. Don't eat before right before you sleep. You might find it harder to sleep. Find a diet that actually makes you full, I'd recommend a low carb diet or a keto diet for that. Tons of recipes online. Just get started. Don't give up. Join groups on facebook and ask questions and support. Manage your time well. Hope that helps.

If you want information on a keto deit you could message me on reddit. My user is KaiSaystuff

I found it difficult to diet when my kids were younger. In the end, I had to plan meals that met my goals but also would not really be noticed by the family. I didnt even mention what I was doing to them as far as dieting I just said "No I dont want any." if they offered something I shouldnt eat. Also, since i did the shopping I just slowly weaned them off junk. lolz. I find forums like this and FB groups really helpful in accountability.

I don't do this often enough myself but they say that sitting on a chair near a wall and putting your feet up higher than your body on the wall is good to relieve the discomfort etc. of varicose veins.
