When you have exams you need more sugar, but you can have healthy alternatives like apples or some strawberries

Always when I'm stressed, I need sugar. It's frustrating, but it's natural. Fruits have a lot of sugar in them, too, and it's bad if you eat a lot of them. Either way, you have to control yourself.
