I will tell you guys what i eat
1. Cup of coffee with 1oz skimmed milk as suggested in the sheet + milk chocolate crispy bar.
2. For lunch I eat half my protein intake so 4 oz out of 8 and i coat them with the IP crips as breading because I can not eat them on their own + 2 cups veggies
3. I do not have snacks
4. The rest of my protein 4 oz and 2 cups of veggies
I have been eating the same for almost a week and not losing weight any suggestions to why this is?

Have you lost over the 2 weeks and just not the third so far or not lost any since the start? If so, what did you do before this plan and any health issues?
