Default WEEK 3 not losing any weight, losing motivation

Hey everyone! So I am a newbie i this diet just discovered it.
So I am in week 3 now and I have not lost any weight with the week being almost over. I find it very disappointing
I will tell you guys what i eat
1. Cup of coffee with 1oz skimmed milk as suggested in the sheet + milk chocolate crispy bar.
2. For lunch I eat half my protein intake so 4 oz out of 8 and i coat them with the IP crips as breading because I can not eat them on their own + 2 cups veggies
3. I do not have snacks
4. The rest of my protein 4 oz and 2 cups of veggies
I have been eating the same for almost a week and not losing weight any suggestions to why this is?

One thing I do know from being very successful on this diet 8 years ago is that you need to follow it exactly. You need all 3 packages in a day. My days consisted of:
coffee with 1oz 1% milk
IP vanilla shake-breakfast
IP Soup (or another IP packet), plus 2 cups of cucumbers with 1 tsp of olive oil salt and pepper
IP snack-Peanut Butter bar my fav or dill pickle zippers
8oz meat protein on the allowed list. Usually chicken or lean ground beef. (weight before cooking)

drink LOTS of water and take all of the supplements.

I allowed myself to gain all the weight back plus some over the past 8 years....so much older now and other meds that fight me with weight loss....3 weeks back on and down 12 lbs.

Stick to it....IT WORKS!!!!!!! Good LUCK ♥.

Have you lost over the 2 weeks and just not the third so far or not lost any since the start? If so, what did you do before this plan and any health issues?
