Hey you guys. I'm doing a spin off thread from VickieLou's "Let's Get to Goal Weight in 2019" thread! Everyone is welcomed to join! You can weigh in whatever day that you like!
I'm currently down -42 lbs for 2019. I started my fitness journey towards the end of June 2019. I've currently been working towards my goals for 6 months now. I'm hoping to hit my actual end goal by or before June of 2020.
OK Denise! I'm with you in 2020! Thanks for setting up the challenge and I love your tickers!
WZin I'm looking for a 25 BMI too. The pounds are coming off s l o w l y . It might take me the whole year to get to goal at this rate! I think I'll weigh in monthly here so at least I might show some progress.
This is the first year that I've actually been close enough to the end point that it was a realistic goal. My goal weight is 150ish, although 159.6 will move me into a healthy BMI. I'm currently at 173.4, and have been as low as 167.6. I'm actually going the wrong direction right now, so my first goal is just to get moving downward again.
But more than that, my real 2020 goal is to lose at least 10 combined inches off my torso measurements. My measurements today are 40-34-41.5.
Even when I was losing, I was going very slowly, so I'm going to go with Etherbunny and just post monthly weights and I think quarterly measurements.

@WZin Congrats on your accomplishment with your BMI. I'm pretty sure you hit a BMI of 25 before the Summer gets here! You got this hun! :-)
@etherbunny Yayyyy, I'm glad that you joined me girl!! And it's no problem hun! and Thank you!! :-)
@Lacerta Heyy hun, I'm glad that you joined me as well! :-) and No problem at all. You got this hun! We are all in this battle together. I'm pretty sure those 10 inches will melt away this year for you! And it's great that you caught yourself from going in the wrong direction because most of us don't until it's to late, although your weight gained, is not to bad at all! So you should be able to bounce right back to 167 with no issues. I only lost 1.4 pounds for the month of December but I took a little break from working out. I've pretty much been maintaining for the most. I'm going to start back working out today. And you gave me an idea, I need to add a spot on here to track my measurements! :-)
Good Luck ladies!! Let's meet some goals this year!

How are you ladies doing?
This month I've been just pretty much maintaining a 3 to 4 lb weight fluctuation. I did take a 2 week vacation from working out. I just kicked back in gear this week, Monday! So I'm back at it! I'm hoping with me starting back to workout, that I will start back losing.

Hey ladies.. January wasn't a good month for me lol I slacked a lot on working out. I pretty much just remained stuck at the same weight (maintenance). Feb is starting off slow. I did manage to start back working out last week. Hopefully this week I will kick back into gear! Hoping I can get to the 170's by March!
So at the start of this thread, I was heading the wrong way and trying to get back on track. I've struggled with that all winter. Gain a few, lose a couple, gain a few, lose a couple, trending the wrong way, but slowly. I started the year at 173.4, which was up from a low of 167.6 in October/November.. I got as high as 185.6. But I'm back on track for sure now (I do so much better in the spring) and back down to 181 and heading the right direction. So I've got a solid 18 pounds to relose to get to a new low, but that's a whole lot better than having to relose all 100, and I've already relost almost 5 pounds of it that was likely mostly water weight. So I'm only up 10 or 12 pounds of actual gain. I'm hoping to see the 170s again by end of March.
I basically, maintained my weight for April. We sold our house and moved to an apartment. I should have gained with the stress eating! But I started a walking program. Good Luck, Everyone!
I don't know that I will be able to get to goal, if I do awesome! But I definitely want t get to 199 or less by December 31st! Seeing a 1 instead of 2 on that scale will be amazing!

OMG, I fell all the way off! SMH. I stopped working out in Feb. and fell completely off of my fitness bandwagon. I've went from 182.0 back to 197/198 (16 lb gain) within 3 months! But I'm back and ready to get back on track. Ughhhh, I'm nowhere near where I started but whew I've gained enough back, from falling off and being lazy and overeating again. BLAHHHHH
