Default Getting out of the 180's
Hello all. I couldn't find a thread on getting out the 180's, so I created one for support on leaving the 180's out.

HW: 235
SW: 225.6
CW: 188.4


I've been on my journey for 5 months now! And I'm currently down 37.2 lbs! My last weigh in was about a week ago at 192. And today, 188.4! : I'm excited because I haven't seen the 180's since 2015. Anyhow, Good Luck to everyone!

188.8 yesterday. 189.0 today. considering I went to a Christmas work party and ate what I shouldn't have, I'm going to take this as a win. It's a hard time of year to be strong!

I'm at 185.0 this morning!! Woohoo

Seems like I spent more time in the 200's & 190's and my 180's is flying right on pass me!! LOL I'm not complaining!! LOL

charliexx I hope you have someone close you can reach out to for help. Depression can be brutal, especially untreated (I was diagnosed when I was 13). My hope for you is that you find happiness, even in the unexpected, this week and always As for your weight loss journey, remember how far you've come. Fluctuations are apart of the process (I say this as someone hardcore fluctuating at the moment lol)

Denise you're killing it! I wish I had your self-control. I'm not sure what's been up these past few weeks, but I'm struggling to keep away from bad foods/stick to IF.

189.8 this AM. Wrong direction! I keep having to remind myself I was in the mid-190s a month ago, and I just need to chill, but it's hard... I want to see the 170s so bad.
