Welcome back, Shell! I hope you are measuring. I feel your pain. It is beyond frustrating, but I'll be rooting you on.

It took me a long time, but I finally got out of the 180's. My losses are extremely slow no matter how hard I work and even maintaining is a constant battle when I'm super strict. So, what I'm saying is, I'm sure you'll catch up with me in no time.

Congratulations KStrong!! I 100% feel you: "My losses are extremely slow no matter how hard I work and even maintaining is a constant battle when I'm super strict." I'm thinking of seeing a nutritionist (I have no idea how to even look for one) because it feels as if my body wants to be fat at this point lol

I hope to be joining you in the 170s thread this month! I was a flat 182.0 this morning.

Good morning ladies! I weighed in at 181.8 this morning. Ugh. I've been eating more carbs than usual for the past 2 days. Time to get back on track.

Marcie, ME TOO! I hadn't seen under 182 in awhile so for me, 181.8 was a good thing Here's to seeing 180.x next week!

10/5 edit: Got some bad news work-wise late Friday and binge ate Friday and Saturday. Got back on the wagon on Sunday, but holding at 183 this AM.

10/7 edit: maybe it was just bloat? 181.2 yesterday and 180.8 this morning. Bodies are weird!

10/16 edit: 180.2. SO CLOSE! ARRGHH! lol
10/19 edit: SECOND DAY UNDER 180!
