hi i havent posted for awhile!! lurking though!! i was wondering every morning i make a fruit smoothie.. one fresh peach and light and fit yoguart a splash or two of water blender it... does anyone think every morn is too much for this?? too much dairy?? getting a little worried but i love them!!! thanks julie
Julie, you are really the best judge of this! I mean, are you losing? Are you happy with your results? If so, then there doesn't seem to be a problem. Each of us has a different "tolerance" for carbs and dairy sugars, so while that may be "too much" for some folks, for others it is "just right!" :
