oh chris. there IS no easy answer to that question. the obvious one is, of course, that grazing will stall or reverse your weight loss. BUT it's all much more complicated than that.
first.. what are your protein goals and are you hitting them? then, what are you SUPPOSED to be eating and are you doing it?
then, are you HUNGRY or MUNCHY???? HUNGRY or giving in to some emotion [boredom, irritability, whatever] or stress?
do these urges come about 3 hours after you eat? you might be hungry. i eat about 6 times a day. small amounts, but fairly often. some people do well with three meals [and at 3 months, i doubt that you can hold enough food to manage only three meals without a couple of snack meals!!!]
if you're HUNGRY then eat something, and fruit is not a good choice., too much sugar and it'll make you hungrier faster. if you MUST eat some fruit, eat it with some protein, like cheese or cottage cheese or whatever.
EAT PROTEIN. SNACK ON PROTEIN. have a protein shake.
if you're NOT HUNGRY, then find a different way to cope. it's not easy. but we can't afford to give in to all the emotional cues to eat. that's a sure way to destroy the surgery.
but bottom line, chris, you must be doing something right with that fabulous weight loss!!!!
