For the past month, I have been doing The Simple Diet, it is a supermarket clone of the HMR diet. Everyday, I do 3 shakes, 2 entrees, and 5 servings of fruits and vegetables. I have also ramped up to walking 2 miles a day. In six weeks I am down 14 pounds. This is a very good result for me, I have great difficulty losing weight.
For shakes, I am alternating between Slim Rite, Wonderslim, and Optifast. For entrees, I use Lean Cuisine and Healthy Choice.
