Default Newbie!!

Hello everyone

New here - 30 something gal from small town Ontario Canada. A few months into my weight loss journey. Down 30 pounds but many more to go! I find what works for me is less sugar, less processed food, and more veggies. Joined here for more support, tips, recipes and to share progress with people who have similar stats. I started at around 265. I am now 235 and hoping to get to 170. In an ideal world I would love to be able to maintain 170 rather than continue to yo yo like I have done for many years

Cheers!

Hi Jocelyn and welcome! I'm relatively new myself and was wanting to find someone to chat through victories/rant on bad days.. I'm 26 and live in London. Only 7lbs down from my highest (fluctuations since Jan), but really wanting to get back on it properly! Let me know if you're interested .

Hi Jocelyn. I'm similar to you, food and weight wise, but 57 and only 5'4". I sent you a friend request hoping we might be able to support each other.

I'm trying to eat less crap and more veg and whole grains, cooked from scratch at home. I'm struggling to stay away from sugar and fat, but I keep trying.
