    to help me during my diet I would like to keep a diary

    breakfast: coffee, two rusks with little jam.

    snack: an apple

    lunch: pumpkin risotto (the rice weighs it. as recommended by the dietician)

    snack: low-fat yogurt

    dinner: grilled chicken with salad

    after dinner, I'm given a biscuit.

    as a sport I cannot go to the gym, so this morning I went up and down the stairs at home for 20 minutes (then I was out of breath ... today is the first day !!)

    breakfast: coffee with 3 whole biscuits.
    snack: an orange
    lunch: barley with sautéed vegetables
    snack: the detox
    dinner: grilled veal with salad
    after dinner I ate 3 walnuts

    20 minutes of exercise, up and down stairs

    breakfast: toasted bread with cheese and ham
    a coffee
    snack: an apple
    lunch: fillet of plaice with boiled potatoes, a drizzle of oil
    snack: tea detox, 5 pistachios
    dinner: pasta with zucchini
    snack after dinner: 1 lean strawberry mousse

    breakfast: tea with biscuits with little jam
    snack: a tangerine
    lunch: baked meat with cooked vegetables
    snack: tea detox and 3 walnuts
    dinner: vegetable soup and a piece of low-fat cheese
