food diary
to help me during my diet I would like to keep a diary

breakfast: coffee, two rusks with little jam.
snack: an apple
lunch: pumpkin risotto (the rice weighs it. as recommended by the dietician)
snack: low-fat yogurt
dinner: grilled chicken with salad
after dinner, I'm given a biscuit.
as a sport I cannot go to the gym, so this morning I went up and down the stairs at home for 20 minutes (then I was out of breath ... today is the first day !!)
