so i have been recently dabbling in weight loss shakes and some meal replacement shakes, it seems like meal replacement shakes are a really good idea if you live a fast paced life and have a hard time preparing meals for yourself because you are too busy. They arent usually high on calories so they are perfect for weight loss.
