Default Looking for a few like minded older people who have more that one hundred lbs.

I am a 52year old woman who needs to get rid on 125lbs. I need help, support, and most of all friends. I am not new to 3fc's. I was here some years ago and lost 46lbs. I could really use a friend to help me get back on the weight loss train....

Help

I'm a guy in a similar situation

Similar in age at 55 and would like to lose a similar amount of weight. It's harder when you get older.

I'll do anything I can to help you and hope you can do the same for me.

I know how to lose the weight, my problem is woukouts. When I was younger I dropped a 55gal fish tank on my foot. I recovered find, but now I have bad pain. I can't stand or work for long periods. I need a low in pack workout.

Oh the trail of getting older...

Again I have similar circumstances, I can't stand for long periods of time or work either. I can't walk very fast and am fearful of falling, so I can't take a long walk for exercise.

I sent you a personal message.

Love

I am 63, post menopausal and FINALLY have lost 130lbs and have kept off since November using the Bright Line Eating approach. I am sold. It is one thing that seems to work well for older folks. I would check out the reviews of the book "Bright Line Eating" on Amazon.com. The recipe books on facebook are riding on the program and not compliant but Katie's Bright Kitchen has a lot of really good recipes
