Default Hello all looking for strength in numbers

Hello everyone I'm new here but not new to the weight loss Journey. I felt like a yo-yo with my weight for a long time I'm 48 years old I need to work harder than ever for health overall health. Several years ago I had done the quick weight loss diet which worked very well we did it as a family. We all lost the weight that we needed us as adults for obvious reasons and health and my children were athletes and streamline their body and learn to eat properly and still do to this day. Since that time I had divorced and remarried different job etc etc and had to start over so my hours are horrible my eating habits are different and I need to make a change. I'm not one of those that says I'm in a New Year I've gained some holiday weight and need to lose it I need to work hard and I'm looking for others in the same situation that want and need support of others in the same situation maybe we could help each other. Anyway hello to all.

Hi Pam and welcome. Looks like you know the road back since you’ve lost the weight before. Look around the different threads and you’ll find one that works for you. There’s threads for people who want to lose 100 pounds or more and threads for folks who’ve reached goal and want to maintain. Also, the sooner you can chose an eating plan that works for you, the better. I wish you success!

Hello... I'm with you. Been up and down for years. I'm now working on building good habits for sustainable weight loss and it's helped having my husband along for the ride. It is nice to see that this place appears fairly active. Hopefully we can all get what we need!
