This is a place for daily check in and accountability. It is okay if you don't have time or energy to discuss. It can be helpful to simply post planned menus, completed menus, other goals such as exercise, challenges, NSVs, (SVs too). Once the shortest day of the year is past, I feel a surge of motivation. I am not waiting for the official start of the new year to renew my commitment to a healthier lifestyle, especially food choices. Here's to 2019!

S hot bar sampler cauliflower pakoras, bite of lasagna, curried vegs/tofu

L Costco samples-found myself there at noon after a long fast; came home and had turkey chili with cheese
D Filled up on wontons, went to cocktail hour & managed to limit my finger foods, enjoyed a taste of homemade Glug, traditional Swedish beverage that packs a wallop of alcohol with wonderful spices.
IPN I hope you are doing well. Thank-you for the New Year's greeting & back at you! Sorry I missed it. Things have been extremely hectic on my end, quieting down a little for now.
