Question Exercises safe for lower back

Hello!

I am new here! For the past near-year, I've been dealing with a great deal of back pain that essentially had me relying on fast food/premade stuff and the 60lb I'd lost with keto flew out the window because I simply couldn't cook! Standing was very difficult.

I wrote it off as sciatic and forced my way through it when I could. However I finally started seeing a chiropractor and I have degenerative bone disease in my lower back with an excessive curvature as well as what they call "military neck" in my neck.

My core has really suffered and I feel strengthening it will help my spinal adjustments stick better/help me heal. My dr keeps forgetting to give me exercise plans and I really want something to do - I have so much weight to lose and I am getting so restless! I am back on keto since my back has improved but I'm just not sure what is safe/OK for lower back.

So what have you guys got in your arsenal that will strengthen my core and back without putting undue stress on my lower back?

Thank you in advance for any ideas!

Here are five ways workouts for back pain can help:
  • Strong muscles give stability to the back
  • Strong abdominal muscles promote posture
  • Flexibility helps with movement
  • Fractures are averted by stronger bones
  • Exercise increases the body's natural endorphins

Thanks for the guide. I am glad I found your post. When I was searching for it online, I also found https://newbrunswickcasino.com website link where I found Brunswick Online Casino site reviews and also I found online casino bonuses and free spin offers over there.
