Default Advice please? Oral fixation and grazing

My biggest problem is the need to have something in my mouth at all times. It's not even hunger most of the time just the compulsive need to suck/chew whatever. Tried snacking on veg and teas/hot water but its gone too fast and when I'm craving sweetness its no good at all. I'm thinking lollipops and gum but I know some gums have sorbitol and other diet sabotaging ingredients and lollipops the same. Can anyone recommend gum and lollipop varieties that won't wreck the diet and any other tips you have?

Thanks guys

I don't know about gum or lollipops, but there are some licorice teas that have nice sweetness without any sugar or similar ingredients. Maybe that would help?
