Hello from N.C.
Hello everyone! I just wanted to start with a greeting and a little of my story. I’ve struggled on and of for years with my weight but have always maintained a good level of activity. My job is active and I regularly go to the gym. Well after getting married I changed my job to something a little less physical and was unable to go to the gym for other reasons. I had a healthy pregnancy and the weight went right off after. Then I became a sedentary stay at home mom and have found myself over 300 pounds. I take full responsibility for making bad decisions with food, one too many glasses of wine, and lack of exercise. Now I’m doing low carb and low calorie while working out 4-6 days at the gym cardio and weight training. I’m just looking to connect with others in similar situations and help each other through difficult times. Good luck to everyone!
