Red face Newbe tired and need motivation weight loss

Hello everyone, I'm just starting out, I feel fat and drained. Need motivation to
stick to eating healthy, tips to lose and control my weight. Tired of falling off the band wagon. I would love a buddy ..if not- coming to this forum and reading advice for support and motivation will surely help. I'm going to go through this forum , read stories, and advice given to others. Its going to be a great start for me and my family.

Hello! I am new to this site also. I have lost weight successfully several times after pregnancies. Once with weight watchers, twice with calorie counting. I managed to gain some back over the years and would like to lose some more. My motivation this time is to extend my life...sounds extreme I guess but I now have high blood pressure and my a1c is creeping up due to some meds I take for other issues. Also I am a breast cancer survivor and doc says the extra weight needs to go to help fight off a reoccurrence. I am hoping I will stick with it this time! I feel optimistic about it anyway! Far as a good tip, I stay away from what I call trigger foods. The ones I can't stop eating. I don't even buy them for my kids so I am not tempted. I don't have alot of will power I guess so I have to do it that way!

I have discovered IF (intermittent fasting) and have read the Obesity Code. Making a few changes has changed my life.
I am able to stick to this plan and am now down 30 pounds. My only "real" weight loss success story.
I am cleaning out all my old diet books and tracking books, booklets etc.
I hope you find a way that works for you, but I highly recommend this.
