fattychickenato: Just the same advice you'll find from everyone: There is no quick fix. Move more, make healthier eating choices, eat less junk and more fruits, veggies, whole grains. For me, what has worked has been getting my hormone levels checked and then medications to correct a couple of imbalances (won't do you any good if your hormones are already where they should be, but I suggest everyone trying to lose weight get them checked), and then cutting out a LARGE amount of my sugar intake. I didn't cut it all, but I cut a lot of it. I also started walking 2-4 miles per day, every day. Good luck to you.
