I joined this forum to help keep me motivated.
This year I'll be turning 26 years old and I've been overweight, obese really, my entire life. I lost 50lbs about 4 years ago and gained them all back.
I've discovered that I eat when I'm bored...So, I will have 2 goals for my 26th year of life.
1. Finish my novel
2. Get down to a healthy weight.
I was going to officially start my diet the day after my birthday, but I really can't wait so I'm starting now.
