Hi Everyone,

I am new and just starting a weight loss programme.

I am doing the Dukan Diet and I am 3 days in and feeling ok!

Just wanted to say 'hi' and wonder if anyone else may be doing it too?

If not, it would be great to just have people stay in touch so we can support each other on whichever plan we are on.

Xotic: welcome! I’m attempting 16:8 and trying to walk (though not consistently). Hop in where you think you’ll fit and enjoy conversing. I have found a lot of helpful people on this site to cheer you on and give advice. Good luck on your journey.
