optifast
hey everyone!
I just found the Optifast diet online and have put in a request to see one of the doctors that supervises it in my area so we will see what happens. I am just curious to ask one question to those of you who have tried it;
Can I do it on my own or does it have to be supervised?
I have found someone on Kijiji that sells the shakes for a very cheap price and am at the point where I can and have to do this. I heard that with medical supervision you also have to see a shrink (I already have one that I see for my anxiety) but what other reason would I need a doctor for? I only need (or should I say HAVE) to loose about 50 pounds. I am going to try to see if the doctor will approve me for the program but if not I am thinking about doing it on my own.
Any thoughts or suggestions would be great!
