What motivates you to eat and live healthily?

For me is trying to eat new more fruit with different color and I provide myself enough time to enjoy a meal.

That is great. I used to go to the farmer's market to pick out a new "vegetable of the week" and figure out something to cook with it. That is how I discovered that for me, kale is best used as garnishment on Pizza Hut's buffets. My current motivation is a 7 year old that has had a nutritionist giving weekly lessons on different colored foods. He comes home and makes recommendations about our family's diet. So far so good.
I greatly enjoy cooking and try to cook one new recipe per week. It keeps my diet from going stale, and provides me with a creative outlet simultaneously.
