Thank you for your answer! I agree with you! I am also looking for a lifestyle change, because I think that is the only thing it has a point! I have tried all the diets!

I am almost 44 years old and I finally realised that lifestyle change is the thing I should do! So I would like to join you on the same path if you dont mind!

The Easter is gone and I woke up and said that to myself - what now! I started easy and from tomorrow I will do it for real - lots of walking around, eating proteins and veggies as more as I can, with some olive oil and animal fat. Yes, Yes, we use that in Europe

That is healthy!
I will start tomorrow with "English breakfast" - ham and eggs and walking around town doing errands. Or walking around the lake for one hour I did not decide it yet. Its a start!

And I will treat myself with some make-up foundation, just because I decided to love myself enough to put my health first.
Eating meat and fresh chees and eggs for a few days usually helps to stop crave carbs. I will start that from tomorrow. Wish me luck!
One thing more - you did great! I am tempted to do "fast loosing" but I realised how stupid that is! Be proud of yourself, you did great! Are you a runner?
