Hi everyone!
Back at September I was at 164lbs and I started cutting out sugar and started losing weight again- hooray! At about 156 I tried on a skirt I had in my closet that I could never get on... I was bursting at the seams, but I was able to snap it closed. A few months later (December) at 152 I was able to wear it comfortably.
For whatever the reason over the past few months I've struggled to get back on track- I wouldnt say I've been eating enough to gain much but since January my weight has steadily been going up and I'm back at 156

however, the skirt still fits like it did at 152. I'm confused... Isnt two months worth of bloat actual fat? Oh and it's definitely not muscle weight
Does this sound familiar to any one?
