I would like to lose 2 pounds this month.

Anyone else have a goal?

OK - confession time. I am ten pounds over my "bride" weight of 175 on July 8 so ...

Trying to be reasonable. How about 5? (I'm hoping I'm holding water weight but ...)

I started SB yesterday so also hoping to get 10 pounds off this month!!
I've done this diet many years ago and had success but found it difficult to maintain with the family, ending up cooking so many meals that I had to give up. Excited to be starting again tho!!

Welcome back Check out the recipe section you may find several that all members of your family might enjoy. Creamy Mexican casserole is my personal favorite.

I am in the same boat - just started Phase 1 on February 18 - so I'm hoping for 10 pounds! Even though I understand a lot will be water weight, it will be a great motivator.

I'm here to report I lost 2.5 pounds. That didn't make up for not making my January goal but it is in the right direction.

2.4 for me, pretty close to 3 pounds. Short month too. Fell off plan the last week. Regrouping and getting right back on track
