Barbara, I sometimes get sleepy if I eat a big meal or a lot of carbs. Make sure you're drinking enough water, and maybe take a little walk after meals. If this continues and becomes too bothersome, maybe you should discuss it with your doctor. It may signify an underlying medical problem. It's also a good thing to let him know you're starting a weight loss program.
Food varies greatly depending on what you're after Fast food for four would average around $40, italian for 4 $80, indian for 4 $120, fish and chips for 4 $40, pub grub $50....
