I am new to WS but trying to follow MF plan for first couple of weeks then will follow WS plan. I find the WS plan to be very confusing and this may be because I thought it was done exactly like MF. If anyone is doing WS advise is much appreciated

I just started WS this week but I’m in the same boat as you. Not really sure how to go about it. I considered following MF program using the WS food but wasn’t sure if it would work out okay. It has been a couple weeks since your post so I hope you’ve made some progress and would love to hear how it’s going for you.

I’m doing the same thing. I’m on week 11 and down 39.6.
