So I spent the holidays thinking about eating properly & yet not eating properly. I haven't logged food in years, other than mentally, & I think I'm going to try that again. I downloaded Lose It! which looks pretty good. Do any of you use that app? Want to be app-friends?

Hi Liz, Happy New Year!
I have decided to not put additional pressure on myself this time around so am not using any food trackers at all; I'll be glad to be supportive on here though I am simply trying to reduce carbs like bread, pasta, rice, etc. so far that is working for me...slowly. I have joined a few challenges to try to keep me on track.
