Default January Fitness Challenge

Log your workouts here and celebrate your accomplishments as you achieve your fitness goals.

My goal this month is to get back to being consistent. Last month I slacked off big time. I will alternate between indoor cycling and going to the gym ideally 6 days per week.

2. 60 min cardio (rowing, elpitical, treadmill)
3. 30 min indoor cycling
4. 120 minutes cardio / shoveling

6. 40 min treadmill 20 min strength training
7. 40 min treadmill 15 min strength training

I am joining you, need to get more minutes racked up this month. My yoga channel is having a 30 day yoga challenge so I am doing that.

I'm in. I am working to add one active event (whether treadmill or bike or wii fit zumba or whatever) each day with Sunday off. Fitbit walking is excluded as I already do that. I'm trying to amp it up.
