I have her 30 Day Shred on DVD and I sometimes do her Banish Fat / Boost Metabolism workout, from utube; I have to modify a bit because I'm alot older than her

such as no plyometrics for me (knees) She is tough, her workouts do make me breathe hard and sweat, but if you do them alot you have to make yourself accept that you're going to hear the talking/phrases over and over. If you're the kind of person that doesn't like that, it can be annoying. But if you're new to her, that won't happen for a while
