Default Going old school

I have decided I going to go old school with my weight loss. Years ago I bought and used the Richard Simmons Foodmover and lost over 60 pounds, so it makes since to me that I should have success with it again. I have my foodmover and my grooving in the house vhs (I did say old school) and so here I begin an new chapter of weightloss.
Let the fun begin..

I remember the Sweatin to the Oldies videos, but I don't remember the Food Mover. I'll have to look that up. Good luck to you!

I am close enough to that era. I still have a few of his videos and was in college with the Foodmover before I went to in-meetings Weight Watchers. For those that cannot find a Foodmover, TOPS has their food cards which is fairly similar, if not the same thing.

Thank you for sharing your experience. The sooner you start dealing with the problem, the greater your chances of coping with it faster. I remember my period of study, I was so fixated on my academic performance that I completely stopped caring about my health and really neglected my weight. Only by delegating some of my academic tasks to Writing Metier did I shift my focus to health and get back to normal. I concluded that it is very important to learn to balance between several cheeses of our activity.
