Hi from CT
Hi Everyone! I have struggled with my weight since I hit puberty and tried all sorts of diets, some semi-successful some disastrous. I lost about 100 lbs my senior year of high school but within 5 years had gained it all back plus some! I am now 30 and my health is suffering from my poor lifestyle choices so I am attempting again to get myself healthy! I have to admit in high school I lost weight very unhealthy so I know this will be a much longer process but hopefully a more long lasting one! I just signed up for WW.
I need to lose 150 lbs when all is said and done, but I'd like to start by giving myself smaller more achievable goals. To begin I am looking to lose 20 lbs by Dec. 9. Now that may not be a ton of time, but I am hoping given how much I need to lose, and with some help and support I can achieve it. I am going on a cruise that day and would love to be able to say I reached my 1st goal by then.
I look forward to chatting with everyone! The last time I lost a lot of weight I was part of a different online forum and it really helped encourage me!
