I'm getting back on old SBD. I tried the NEW SBD and I swear I gained weight The prepackaged meals were awful and very expensive. Has anyone else tried to just do the old SBD vs the new online SBD. I lost 90 lbs in 2011 doing it the old way and I am trying to do it by memory. Does anyone have anything to lists/guidelines to help me out? Thanks so much
I don't know if anyone here has tried the online prepacked meals; most of us tend to mostly cook our meals.
I assume you read the book the first time? I think it is important for understanding the plan. That being said, there is a ton of information under the FAQ section including a "preparing to start" thread and a Phase 1 Emergency Handbook.
Check out the recipe section also; there is a ton of ideas there.
