I'm just wondering if any of you out there have done Atkins, and switched to WW? I have a friend that's doing the Atkins diet and worries that if she switches to WW (which she's seriously considering) that she'll gain the weight back that she's lost ...she's down 40 pounds in 3 months, but she's ready for a change ...what do I tell her?
